Scope and contact

This notice concerns the GRAMVAERK website. GRAMVAERK is responsible for the limited processing described below and can be contacted at support@gramvaerk.com. Each released app has its own privacy notice in the App information directory.

Browser preferences

The website stores your chosen light or dark appearance in your browser’s local storage where available. This preference stays in that browser and is not sent to GRAMVAERK by the website code. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data. The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Website code

The supplied website code does not include advertising, analytics, contact forms or user accounts. It does not load external fonts or third-party scripts.

Hosting and security data

When you visit the website, your browser necessarily sends technical request data such as an IP address, date and time, requested address and browser information through Cloudflare and to the hosting server. This is processed only to deliver, secure and maintain the website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. Technical data may be retained for limited security and operational periods by the relevant infrastructure providers.

Service provider and transfers

Cloudflare provides DNS, encrypted transport, security and delivery services. Cloudflare may process technical request data in accordance with its contractual safeguards and privacy documentation, including through infrastructure outside the EEA where applicable safeguards are used.

Support email

If you contact GRAMVAERK, the information you choose to include is processed to answer and manage your enquiry. It is not used for advertising and is deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed for the enquiry or a legal obligation.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning your personal data. Contact support@gramvaerk.com. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
